What is different about America is that when it discovers that it's personnel have committed atrocities it hangs them or imprisons them for indeterminate periods of time. Without a doubt America must charge and convict the CIA assholes whose conduct has gone so far astray from international law.

 

The fact of the claim by some CIA brass that they acted under orders is weazling waffling piffle. Anyone from a basic private up through the ranks knows you don't have to obey a bad order and that you are culpable if you do.

 

I warn you.... take a close look at the CIA's conduct only if you have a strong stomach.

 

Otherwise let a special prosecutor and a trier of fact, a criminal court, deal with these scumbags who have insulted every single American.
