That link I sent you is a text file. You will have a range of different buggy reactions from different types of browsers if you actually try to open it. The new Microsoft Browser is broken for txt files as it will not wait for a META tex/httml instruction but istead tries to compile the code even if its yout grandma's chocolate chip cookie recipe. You need to right click a text file link and select "save" or "open". You then save it to your computer's hard drive or open it in notepad.exe.
